Your Spartan will always be wearing one of these armor cores, but you can customise their apperance using the other types of armor pieces listed above. Yoroi (Legendary): Unlocked at Level 5 of the Fracture: Tenrai event.Mark V (B) (Epic): Unlocked at Level 1 of the Premium Season 1 Battle Pass.Mark VII (Rare): The game's default armor core.There are currently three armor cores available in Halo Infinite: Unlike the other pieces these aren't restricted to certain armor cores, though you can still unlock more of them as you play. You can further customise the appearance of your armor with three additional sockets: Emblems - a painted symbol that appears on your Spartan's chest and Armor Effects/Mythic Effects - visual effects which surround your armor. This is a required armor piece and your Spartan will wear the core's default unless you change it. Knee Pads: Protects the Spartan's knee joints.This is a non-essential armor piece, and your Spartan will only wear one that you set for them. Utility: Formerly known as Hips, if you're a returning Halo player, this is an accessory worn at your Spartan's waist.Wrists: Wrist-worn tech, similar to Utilities, Chest pieces, etc.Right Shoulder Pads: An individually-equipped shoulder covering.Left Shoulder Pads: An individually-equipped shoulder covering.Chests: Not the full chest plate, but an attachment similar to Helmet Attachments for the head and Utilities for the legs.
